I have been a faithful and loyal customer of Chadwick for years with no complaints. As of October 10, 2012, I placed a $330.00 order. I received the order the first of November 2012. I had surgery on 14 Nov 2012 and was on Convalescent Leave until 12 Dec 2012. I had to return majority of the items back to Chadwick and only kept two dresses and a pair of tights. Some of the items that were ordered did not present as in the catalog and also some were the wrong size. I returned the items back and they (according to what I was told) was received on 10 Jan 2013. I was wondering why I had not received a credit on my account. I was told as of yesterday (11 Feb 2013) that it was after the 30-60 return policy. I was also told that I could donate the clothing or paid $14.69 and have them returned back to me. I never received any information from shipping stating that they had received my returned! Now, they want to keep the items are charge me an additional fee to return them! Enough!!! Also, the customer service supervisor hung up on me this morning, 12 Feb 2013 because I did not agree with her and had asked to speak with a manager. Please help.
