I worked for this scam company owned by Dean Sundrla. His gang of misfits up in grand rapids Michigan appear to have many scams going but I was only fortunate enough to work in his auto warranty division... For free I might add as I was never paid!
Customer service if it existed is done by ms Angie Cole when she doesn't have her phone on ignore or do not disturb. Just like the scams before you have a 30 day money back gaurantee if you can ever get ahold of them to cancel it. Mason is there floor supervisor and well let's just say he's been in the business for about 90 days now.. Most of the reps in there defense have no idea that what they are selling is trash in most instances or the fact that while Mr. Sundrla is pocketing around 2500 on each deal they get a mere 100 bucks that is unless they jack up the price even higher.. These policies only typically cost between 6-800 dollars because most only cover a few pieces of the components they tell you.. When thy say your engine is covered... More like 5 pieces of your engine..
If you don't follow your maintenance by the book and keep Esther kept to prove it they will decline your claims. Not all warranties are bad but the junk they push right next to quality policies is sure to dissapoint you if you ever truly need a repair.
Protect yourself! Don't buy without reading the policy and taking a copy to a mechanic.. Read the fine print.. |

I purchased a policy through us auto solutions back in may of 2011. I dealt with a young man named Ryan Thompson who was very honest about my options and helped me to pick out the best coverage available and also helped me to fit this inside my budget which is by the way a very fixed income. He helped me split my down payment into 2 months explaining nothing could start untill my second payment was made in mid July.
Now that being said I have been trying to contact Ryan as well as us auto solutions for over 2 weeks with no answer and no returned calls.. So I remembered I wrote mr thompson's number down and called him only to find that he no longer works for the company and that he was not paid.. After talking to Ryan I started looking online and see that this mr dean has several scam reports attached to his name and under several businesses. Buyers be careful what do you expect to be paid when the guy doesn't pay his employees.
I still 3 weeks later and 10 voice mails later have not eardrum back from anyone at us auto solutions. |

| This company signed me up for over $3, 000 dollars to a policy Chad said was Bumper to Bumper just like my factory warranty... I found out 2 months later when something broke that it was in fact only a power train coverage. Shame on me but dont trust these guys I called them numerous times and left several messages with no response. When I did get through to a lady named Angie in customer service she acted like I was inconveniencing her and wasting her time. Be carefull dealing with this company! |
