HI, I am reporting Urban Nutrition LLC better known as Celtrixa. First of all they promise you a free 30 day trial and thats a lie because I wanted to tell them to stop billing me and they had told me since I used a some out of one of the bottles I would be charged for that bottle and that was only after 2 weeks. I decided to keep the the product since I was already billed for a bottle of it any ways. After I used the last bottle of the three that was sent to me, My husband called over the phone to cancel since he was the one who ordered the product with his credit card. Three months we get a package from them with more celtrixa and we was charged again for around $200 on my husbands credit card. I just got so tired of dealing with them over the phone because it's automated and it takes 45 minutes until you can speak with a live person, So I decided to email them and ofcourse they made up the excuse that they could ot find me in their files that I am a customer. So I emailed them again and told them that was my mistake because it was under my husbands credit card. I gave them his name and information and now they won't email me back at all! The product does not work, they have Terrible customer service and most of all they lie to people and trick them into thinking they are going to get this 30 risk free trial and really they are getting paid for every bottle they open. The only way it's a risk free trial is if you get the product and don't open it, look at it for 30 days with out opening it and then sending it back. Wow... thats so helpful! My stretch marks are disapearing already! I feel bad for my husband in all of this because I just had a baby 5 months ago and was beating my self up and getting very depressed because I had marks on my body I have never had before, so being the amazing man that he is! ordered this for me to boost my conifdence and now I am stressed out because his credit card is still being charged, the product does not work and I have tried so many times to cancel and they still continue to charge us and send the unwanted product. |

Please be advised that the order of the enclosed (Transaction Date 05/29/2011, Amount $3.95, Reference Number 24351784MMF243HK7, Description Acm*luminique 877-4942715 NJ) was not placed by myself or anyone else authorized to use the credit card on my behalf. Your office sent an unsolicited order of luminique, and billed my credit for 3.95. This law office receives many shipments and the order was set aside. Almost a month later our office received a bill for 140.00. This appears to be a tricky scam as your company has many complaints on the internet. Apparently, your company shipped an unsolicited order and billed my credit card for a small amount, which apparently went unnoticed. Had the card been billed for the full amount, it would have been noticed and immediately disputed. Based on these facts, this practice is deceptive and possibly criminal or fraudulent and clearly a violation of our state’s debt collection practices act as well as the Federal debt collection practices act.
Nonetheless, we will be returning our order via federal express today. Should any action be taken to affect this firms credit or the credit of any of its principals, this office will be forced to take legal action and seek all available legal remedies. |
