Wheelz Warranty American Auto Guardian Worthless Auto Warranty Arlington Heigths, Illinois
26th of Sep, 2011 by User853366
This company sells Auto Warranty for cars that dealers buy. However, they deny all claims as normal wear and tear. Roughly 2 months after I bought the 3 months or 3000 miles warranty the transmission on this car was having trouble shifting between 2nd and 3rd gear. So after I called them they said have a mechanic tear it down and tell us what is wrong. There was a bushing that had come loose and now was causing this problem. They send their inspector out and then call the mechanic a couple of days later and deny the claim. Meanwhile I have no car this is now 2 months and my car is still not fixed because they keep playing games. They claim everything is normal wear and tear, so by their words everything is just normal wear and tear. Then when I called to talk to the representative Tom he was rude to me and hung up on me. Huge scam company anyone who has had to deal with them seems to have the same issue.
