In Jun 2010 I moved out of the area & was told by the frnt dsk that I could not transfer clubs. So I went into the club in Aug 2010 & cncled my membrshp. There was no rcpt given. I did sign a cnclation note but I was not given any copies. Per the agreement it takes 1 mth to cncl so after cncling I should expect to be chrgd one more mth. I checked my bank account & noticed I was still be chrgd in Oct & Nov & evry mth since. I have clld the club every mth since then. I have talked to Andy Chris Stephanie Taylor & other people. I have been told every mnth that it would be taken care of. On 2/25/11 I talked to Stephanie a frnt dsk assoc. told me that I would hear from the frnt dsk mngr Andy. I never did. clld back on 3/16/11 & spoke to Chris. I asked to speak w/ Andy. I was put on hold for over 15 mins. I clld back & asked for the # to corp.. He quickly gave me a random # that did nothing but route me back to the club. I clld the club again & asked for a # to a Dstrct Mngr. Taylor. came back & gave me a # for Brittany. She was rude. She said that there is an automatic sig. pg that comes up when cncling so I could not have signed it if it was not cncled. I said I dont know what happened w/ their system but I paid the $10 to cncl. I asked for a rcpt & the club told me there is no recpts for cnclation. She raised her voice at me mult. times. I asked to speak w/ someone higher. She kept saying "no one will be able to help you w/ this." I said I did not ask her to give me advice I wanted to know who her boss was contact info & so on. She said her boss was Brandi a director of customer service & she was the highest person in the comp. I was looking on the web & saw that they had VPs & an entire executive line. She refused to give me any info & told me that I can no longer cncl at a club. I must go out of my way to get access to a printer send a form in w/ ANOTHER $10. She said if my cnclation was misplaced it is my burden not Urban Active's. |
