This is a protest to the treatment received by University Radiology 75 Veronica Avenue, Somerset NJ 08873 (732)-246-0060 and Michael Harrison LLC 3155 Route 10 East – Suite 214 Denville NJ 07834 – (973)989-4227, the above mentioned has deducted funds from a Private Federally insured bank account via check, for approximately three years. The bill was for ex-rays ordered by a Doctor who accepted my
insurance and directed me to a University Radiology Facility. The radiologist was out of network and I was not told this important fact! Long story short a bill for approximately $850.00 accrued and I found out of this three months after service & bill was place with this Michael Harrison, in my opinion a fraud! I have paid the Harrison office (above mentioned) over eight hundred dollars. I am a Full time College student and also work grueling hours to pay my bills, Rent, Car insurance, cable, Books... you get the idea. These payments I have made to this Michael Harrison office located in Denville NJ, were not easy to keep up with but I kept up my obligation religiously! I worked out an easy pay arrangement. It took months of arguing with them, the hens in the office are so rude and unprofessional and in my opinion not very bright! After months of nudging them, so my credit would not be damaged and effect furthering my education, I had them to agree to arrangement. Month after month year after year sending Michael Harrison (Denville NJ) payments on this University Radiology Account! Turns out Michael Harrison 3155 Route 10 East – Suite 214 Denville NJ 07834, has also manipulated my Account number so what I have been paying for three years and totaling over $800 dollars, would not match exactly my original account number, unbelievable! I now have found out, on February 15th, 2013 that they have not sent any payments to the Radiology Group. University Radiology; tells me as of 02/11/2013 That Michael Harrison has not received any payments from me. The radiology group tells me if I had sent payment s the funds monthly go to the original Creditor - University Radiology. UHHH Let the games begin. I have paid through a Federally Insured Bank Account with checks. Trying to get them to send anything or admit the amounts- They think is impossible. I don't get it! They must be idiots in my opinion! Unless the manipulation of original account number would negate the verification of payment to original Creditor (University Radiology). University Radiology rents space from Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, inside the Hospital. That is the only affiliation with Robert Wood, although they make it appear otherwise. Robert Wood Johnson Hospital says there is NO affiliation with University Radiology and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. Robert Wood Johnson Hospital claims they have nothing to do with University Radiology, quit confusing. I do believe there must be a reason for the confusion and run around, makes it a bit harder to catch a thief! If you have an account with this University Radiology, and your account falls behind or you never received bill… DONOT remit payment to a third party! If your account was not purchased by an outside company, and a third party ATTEMPTS to collect the debt; Remit all payments to the original creditor! The creditor may say they can’t except your payments, don’t buy-it, they'll take your money! Use this rule for any type of
bill you may have, Trust me, you’ll be glad you did! Don't even bother trying to reason intelligently with these shysters, gets you nowhere! What they have done to me I am going to seek any venue that may help starting with the Attorney General’s office, Better Business Bureau, American Medical Association (AMA), Press, News organizations, whomever may be of assistance. I have tried relentlessly to get both Michael Harrison LLC 3155 Route 10 East – Suite 214
Denville NJ 07834 - (973)989-4227 and University Radiology 75 Veronica Avenue, Somerset NJ 08873 - (732)-246-0060 to send me valid information, valid billing statements, Proof of payment to Original Creditor… to no avail! What they are doing appears to be illegal and they will have to be stopped through legal Avenues! Radiology Dilemma |
