I have been harassed by a man who calls himself Raymond Scott. He called twice once a month ago and again today. He said he will garnish my wages if I didn't pay 300 dollars to him for a loan I never received. Then he said I owe him 1000 dollars for interest since June 2010. I inquired about services in Dec 2010 but never received any money I called my bank and they stated the funds were never deposited I called him to inform him of my finding and he still insisted I owed the debt. He stated I will got to court and face 3 years in jail. I googled the three company names he said he represented. All have multiple complaints from complaintsboard.com. I found out that a withdrawal for a hundred dollars was taken from my account in Nov 2010 from Platinum Trust. I just want justice some please help us so this doesn't happen to one more person. These people have ripped off hundreds even thousands of people. People with families and children. The money they stole should go to the families not these con artists. I will help anyway I can What ever it takes. I don't even care about the hundred dollars. I just want them to answer for what they have done and get justice. Nothing more thanks and god be with you all. |

This same company and same "named" man called my office today and refused to hang up or stop calling. I asked for documentation to be faxed to me at work and he refused, then began calling/tying up all 9 of our busines lines here at my work for over 2 1/2 hours. This is actually known as a Denial of Service Attack, where the attackers tie up phone lines trying to access sensitive bank information while preventing the banks from contacting the involved party. This is outrageous...any legal operation would send written confirmation or at least give the loan number and name of any payday loan company and allow a person to contact that company for verification. My heart goes out to anyone who has suffered through this. My supervisor had to try to convince the man to stop calling all of our lines at once, to my great embarrasment, even though this is not my fault, but the fraudulent people doing this. I reported all info (name, phone, time, etc) I had to the FTC.gov website. |
