| One of the worst type of people you can deal with. Turkish background, well educated scammer. Very good liar. He recently graduated from Miami Ad School in Miami Beach Florida. The original deal I had with him was for 2 General admission tickets for $350 USD. I was supposed to pay 50% up front, then he would send the tickets and they I would pay him the other 50% remaining. My fiends also wanted some tickets so we upgraded the deal with 2 more general admission tickets for the same price making a total of 4 GE tickets. I sent him a total of $1400 USD. First $700 dollars plus some fees for the first 50%. I waited for him to send the tickets because at the time ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL had not yet sent the tickets to him. I get a call from him one random day and he was asking for the other 50% of the money, and he did not sent the tickets. Telling me he was sending them very soon. I ended up sending the other $700 of the 50% remaining. All of this transactions were over WESTERN UNION and are recorded. After waiting for several weeks, he tells me there were no tickets and that he was going to pay back. Which he never end up paying, and for what he has told me he is back in Istanbul, Turkey hiding. I dont care if he is back in Turkey, he will be prosecuted for doing this. I have plenty of proof and all his information with me and know for sure he is a real person and not a fictitious name. He will be paying for what he did. He has recently got his green card and will be coming back to the United States Of America, and Authorities will be looking for him. He is being sued for what he did. I know for sure there is more people that have been scammed by him. For what I know he owes around $6,300. And maybe more, because of his history of borrowing money. I am willing to help them out get their money back. BE AWARE he is a good liar and does not care about anyone or his future. I will make sure he does not do this to anyone else. |

| WOW! THIS SCAM ARTIST UMUT GOCMEN pulled off the EXACT same scam on me for 3 GA UMF tickets. I have all the western union documents along with his address and old phone # that we contacted each other on for several weeks. I was supposed to be purchasing 3 tickets from UMUT GOCMEN for a total price of $1, 000. The original deal was that I would send him 50% of the money, he would send me the tickets, and I would send the rest. I sent him the $500 through Western Union and waited for the tickets to come. As the date of ULTRA MUSIC FESTICAL came closer, this whole situation became skeptical but he contacted me saying he just needed another $300 to get the tickets and then he would send them. I sent him an additional $300 through western union amounting to a total of $800. After It was apparent that he was not getting me the tickets, he claimed "I work, I earn, I pay back". He claimed he would at the latest have my money to me by the third week of April. After trying to contact him all week realizing he has deleted me as a facebook friend and unactivated his phone, it has become apparent that he has no intentions of paying me back.
