Worked at an on-campus, independent employer's business, located on the UCSB campus. UCen and UCSB denied me access to the building I worked at, forcing my job termination; was told by the employer I would be arrested for trespassing if I went into the building (I worked in). I committed no act, nor perceived act, causing the University nor the UCen, to tell my employer that I couldn't work. I was given no warning nor right to speak to defend my right to work. I was the most reliable, dilligent employee the business had. I lost about $1000. a month and had to go on state unemployment to live. State of California determined that I was wrongfully terminated and awarded unemployment compensation. Persons at UCSB/UCen, who committed the conspiracy to deny me the right to work: Susan Hawkins(UCen), Joyce Ester (former Judicial Affairs Coordinator, no longer after 2007, either fired, forced out, or left to work at CSU Fresno), Will Wood (Head of Security, UCen), UCSB Housing and Residential Services. The UCen and UCSB, and UCSB Housing and Residential Services, generally will target persons they just don't like. They will call UCPD on people for little or any substantive incident. They will harass males with long hair, or people they perceive to be gay, or individuals who look like they are leaders. The UCen will post signs that only students and staff are able to use their building, even though the building was built with public funds and is on the University of California, a public educational research institution. The heirarchy that runs the UCen building and campus, want weak willed persons to work under them, who they can easily manipulate and control. They have little respect for the rights of man, the Constitution, nor basic freedoms. Freedom is for the top and heads of their respective departments, not for those under them. Whatever they just don't like in their narrow minded world, whatever is outside the boxes they create, about what life is and isn't, they will discriminate, harass, and not tolerate. They inherited a world with no bounds, and opportunities galore; conversely they suck in the resources for themselves and don't share with the future. |
