on June 15,2011 - I inquired about a make money from home site on the internet. The company is U. S. Online America Group L. L. C. I spoke with Mr. Dexter Hall, the initial amount charged to me was $119.98 - I was then transferred to another associate , Chris Hagan whom charged me an additional $399.00 for setting up 5 web-sites in my honor to advertise for this company. I was also charged a fee of $19.99 per month hosting fee ( it is deducted from my checking account monthly). I realizes that this most likely was a scam. I called the customer service number given 1- 800-237-9354 to request a refund and was told that I need to advertise these sites and they would get my coach to contact me. About 2 weeks went by and I got no where. I called again and was told to look up my agreement , "You know the one you signed" I was even told step by step how to find it. I explained I didn't have money to just throw away and I needed my money refunded to me . I was transferred to another person whom told me that I wouldn't get any money back. I ask could they stop taking out the $19.99 per month hosting fee since this is a bogus business and was told no . That I would be sued if I stopped the hosting fee and it would go on my credit report. I have not made any money from this business and they are still deducting money from my checking account. I would really appreciate any help I could get in getting My money refunded and to get them to stop taking money out of my checking account.
