My Cadillac 2008 escalade was hit, while stopped at a red light. The
person that hit me was going about 40 mph in a Nissan Armada. There car
that hit me was pretty bad in damage. Mine was just a little banged up.
Though it was enough for me to go to the hospital on site, yes i was
pretty banged up. The women that hit me, did not due it on purpose but
accidents happen. To make a long story short, I have been x-rayd
and my back is really messed up. I have hired a attorney for this.
actually 2 of them. As for my 2008 escalade I bought 6 months
ago, it been hit. Look at the carfax, i will never be able to sell t for
fair value. The person that hit me had TRAVELERS INSURANCE and MELISSA
LATINO WAS my adjuster. This insurance company has tried to duck and
move from everything........hospital bills, damaged vehicle, and now
even to lies. She doesnt even answer phone calls, only emails. I
was supposed to get my escalade back yesterday, i did not accept
delivery, due to parts not sanded right and the top brake light not
working properly. As i have said, I was hit from behind at a super
speed, and a small insurance company is giving me crap about a brake
light???? So my esclades top rear brake light flashes like a
police light, and she told me its a common escalade problem, but when i
called 4 dealerships, they never heard of that. travelers insurance is a scam and melissa latino is also, do not deal with these people. get a attorney. Melissa Latino
