| Transport Services The worst Auto Transport experience. Don't trust this company Internet |

Based on the information provided for transporting my car over the Internet I got several quotes from different Car Transport Companies including Transport Services. I started to get repeated follow-up calls from the Sales Representative (Stanley) for signing the contract as soon as possible if I really want to ship my car on 12/26. It was repeatedly told over phone that : They are not Brokers Have their own trucks for doing the shipment A Five Start Rated Shipment Company
After reading through the online reviews I decided on this company. Before signing off the contract electronically I was assured verbally that the car will be picked up on 12/26 or if not latest by 12/27. I paid $135 as Reservation and the total quote was $525.00 for moving the car from CA to CO. The worst part of the experience started just after I paid the reservation money. I was about to leave CA on 12/28 so I repeatedly made phone calls to Sales and Customer Support numbers and no response. Left voice messages, sent emails but didn’t get any response. Their Customer Support Number was Out Of Service for most of the time. I left CA on 12/28 ending up
keeping my car into my neighbors’ garage hoping they will pick it up sometime on 12/28. I sent out my neighbor’s phone number to them for contacting to arrange the pickup but again no response. After I reached CO, almost every day several times I tried to reach the customer support and after keeping me holding for 15-20 minutes it just went into the voice mailbox. Left message but one returned any call. I ended up paying a lot for extending my car rental. At last I could reach Ryan (another sales representative) assured over phone and email that the car will be picked up on 01/03 (8 days after expected pick up date) and he ensured a guaranteed delivery by 01/05. Again the car was not picked up on 01/03 and was picked up pretty late at night on 01/04. The driver didn’t deliver it as per the “Guaranteed†delivery date on 01/05. He called at noon on 01/06 and asked me to keep the cash ready. I still had surprises remaining. After the driver reached in Colorado Springs, he showed me a paper from “UZ AUTO TRANS INC.†and demanded $465 whereas I was supposed to pay balance amount $390 as per contract. He started utmost hooliganism and threatening to take back the car if the money is not paid as per his demand. I wanted to have my car back as already wasted too much money and energy so I paid all the money any received the car. Hope my experience should refrain others to refrain themselves to doing business with Transport Service as they're not at all trustworthy and merely a broker. |
