My wife ordered this program on a 30 day trial basis. During this period she was called by one of their representatives, whom she informed we didn't want to keep the program, and requested return shipping information. Representative told her she would be called again before the trial period ended, and if she still didn't want the program they would provide her with return information. Yesterday I was checking our bank account and found a transaction for over $100.00 which I didn't authorize. Upon looking into charge found it was from Transforming Debt Into Wealth/New World Media. My wife called the company and they refuse to refund our money or take the program back; they state if we refuse payment on the balance they say we now owe (over $400.00 more), they'll turn my wife over to collections. This company uses the information you provide them to pay for the initial shipping to covertly bill your bank/credit card account. We're extremely upset and intend to inform anyone/everyone we're able to beware of this scam.

I am having the same problem and need to find out how to stop the payments from being taken out of my account. I can't find their website to get information. If anyone can give me information please email me.

I am about to return this programme because I was misled about the cost in the first place. On speaking to the company - New World Media (not Nightingale Conant as I was originally told), the representatives were both hostile and rude.

I shall be contacting my bank to try to ensure that no payments are taken out of my account; however, don't know if this will be possible.

While John Commuta's programme may be good, I am thoroughly disgusted with the people he employs; customer service doesn't seem to be a concept with with which they are familiar.
