Top Line Auto Service Lied,Scammed,Crooks,disrespect, Mesa, Arizona

I recently departed from the U.S. military as I came back home to AZ I needed to get my truck fixed so I took it to Top Line Auto in Mesa AZ. At first the owner of the shop Tom seemed to be a good guy willing to help me out. I needed a new engine for my truck because my old engine was making loud noises and then wouldn't start. My mother in law knew Tom because he took his kids to the daycare that she works at. She explained to him what was wrong with my truck and he told her to tow the truck to his shop and he will fix it and have it out in 2 days for 1500. I thought that was a good deal most shops wanted more money and it would take longer to fix but i figured he wanted to do that for me because my mother in law knows him. I towed my truck there on a sunday and he said he would start working on it on monday. I called him on tuesday and he said he bought an engine but it was bad so he has to keep shopping around. I told him thats fine. I call wednesday and he says he hasn't found an engine then i call thursday still no engine i call friday and finally he says he got a good engine and he will put it in monday. I give him a call monday and another worker there said he left early so he hasn't worked on it. At this point I'm getting upset. I call tuesday and he said he is putting the engine in and it will be ready wednesday. I call back wednesday and still not done. I ask him why its taking so long he said he has a lot of work. I said but you told me to pick it up wednesday and its wednesday he said ill have it ready thursday. I call thursday and finally he says it is ready. I go down there start the engine up and it sounds horrible and sounds exactly like my old engine. He tells me well when i started it and test drove it, it sounded great it sounded perfect. He said it takes time to get use to. Then he tells me oh by the way the radiator is cracked and i cant give you the warranty to the engine. Will fix your radiator for 450 dollars. I tell him I don't have that much money I just spent 1500 for the engine and two weeks ago when I was working on my truck the radiator wasn't leaking and didn't have a crack. He insisted it had a crack and then he said heres what ill do for you. If you go buy a radiator your self and put it in and then come back to my shop ill give you the warranty and put a different engine in. I told him ok ill go today and get a radiator and come back to your shop tomorrow for the warranty. He said ok. I was driving it and then I thought this engine sounds really bad so up the road from his shop was a firestone I stopped there and the guys that work there said just from hearing the engine they could tell he put a bad engine in. So I drove back but the shop was closed so I couldn't leave it there so I drove back home then in the morning i drove back there and told tom what they said at firestone and that ill leave my truck here and walk and buy a radiator he then said no ill call the inspector to look at it. I said ok then I call him back the next day and he tells me he and the inspector got into a huge argument and he is going to get another inspector. So the next day an inspector supposedly comes and I call tom he said he will give us the warranty to the engine once we pay 450 for the radiator and labor. I told him you already said this to me I don't have that much money. I thought you told me I can do it myself then he says no you cant do it I have to do it. So find the money and you can leave your truck here I have a lot of work anyways. I just took my truck and left as I was walking out tom says oh what are you going to do with your truck I said I don't know sell it and he says oh well you can sell it to me. I said yeah right and walked out. I am now stuck with a bad engine and out 1500 dollars. I just came back from the middle east fighting for this country and this is how i get treated for my service.
