Warranty Activation HQ, inc Royal Administration Would not honor warranty deal. St. Louis, Missouri
13th of Nov, 2011 by User802564
I resopned to a letter selling an extended warranty from Warrany Activation HQ, inc.. After 3 years I needed some work done on my 2005 F-250 4x4 diesel truck. The company sent out an inspector from Royal Administration who said I had too big of tires on the truck and they would not pay for the work. I tried to explain they were the same size tires on the truck when I bought it, all I had done was replace them with the same size just a different brand. The Ford dealer ship where the work was being done said that the tires had nothing to with the engine work that was needed. When I contacted the company I was transfered to another company Royal Administration who does the inspecting. As I called to get answers I was switched from one company to the next and never knew who I was talking to. This is one ripoff that just keeps running you around on the phone, and will not pay up or give me my money that I spent on the policy back.
