| Guys, Don't buy the marketing ploy of Trace Wendell Trajano and I was one of the victims of his scam. I lost $$$ because of his promise that he will teach me to do real estate investing and will make money eventually. All these seminars that he is advertising is just copied from someone else and he is just using it as a scheme to extort money from you. As you may know, many people has been victimized already in the Philippines, students and investors alike. And for the information of everybody, he has been sold already few months ago. This world has a lot of scammers already and lot of people had burned their pockets hoping for a radical transformation of their financial life. There are lot of good mentors out there, make sure that you do your own due diligence before putting your money into the pocket of TRACE TRAJANO. He is in a big financial mess at the moment that's why he will try to extort up to the last penny that you have just for him to get by. Si Trace Trajano ay isang garapal at mukhang pera na tao. Umalis din iyan ng Amerika kasi maraming mga investors ang naloko at napagkakautangan. Maraming siyang kaso sa Amerika kaya hindi siya pwedeng bumalik doon. Ang apartment niyang sinasabi ay walang katotohanan. Trace, my friend, I know you don't "answer every barking dog out there" but I felt the need to defend you among these unreasonable, judgmental people... once and for all.

Listen, people here are obviously full of hatred and resentment towards Trace. It is unwise to base our assessment about a person on mere hearsay alone, especially when complainers are the ones talking. These people ignore the fact that many have benefited from Trace's teachings. Many have earned millions of pesos and they are not nameless - they can attest to what they are saying. Let us be fair and post here the accurate testimonials of people whom Trace has helped.

I am a close friend and business partner of Trace and I know exactly what happened. In Trace's defense, I learned Bo Sanchez cut ties with him without verifying what Bo heard from Trace's detractors. Bo did not even ask Trace if what Bo was hearing were true. Isn't that judging a person outright? When I learned that Bo did that, I was greatly disappointed. I did not expect someone like him to act unreasonably. If I were Bo Sanchez, before I release such announcement of cutting ties with a former business contact, I'd talk with the person first and verify if what I was hearing were true. What he did was "washed hands" immediately. I thought Bo was better than that as he claims to be a man of God and a lot of people look up to him. I used to. But in fairness to Bo, he is human and he is not perfect. We can expect mistakes from him. On the contrary, John Calub acted very differently. When detractors put out negative publicity about Trace here and there and it finally came to John's attention, he immediately called Trace. This is why you never saw any announcement coming from John Calub about cutting ties with Trace as he never put out anything like that. What a fine example he is!
As a close friend of Trace, he was really hurt with what Bo Sanchez and Larry Gamboa did to him after all they've done together in the past. It is a pity that people can leave and judge you just like that. Along with Jomar Hilario and Jay Castillo of ForeclosurePhilippines.com who each earned tens of thousands of pesos out of Trace. These people instantly judged and left Trace and washed hands immediately.
Now, there are the names of Sha Nacino, Lynn Monsanto, and Eireen Diokno-Bernardo who have bad words for Trace. First, Lynn owes Trace money and yet she tells everyone that Trace owes her. Regarding Sha, I do not agree with how Trace and his former managers at DC handled their business with Sha. It was very unfair for Sha. I told Trace that he should not have let that happen. Trace learned his lesson and regret partnering with DC. He cut ties with them already. This could be one of the reasons why Eireen is very angry with Trace as she feels for Sha too. I am confident that Trace will work something out for Sha even if Sha might not be aware of it.
About Trace's debts and unhappy investors, everyone who invests acquire debts from time to time. That's a fact. In fairness to Trace, these investors who hound him have invested in equity types of investments but they unreasonably make Trace liable. They are so bitter when they filed estafa case against Trace but were dismissed again and again even without Trace needing to defend himself. The court said that these people "lacked evidence to prove that they were defrauded and their allegations were based on mere hearsay." What a painful defeat it is for them! So all they do now - out of their bitterness - is put out negative things to destroy Trace whenever they can.
As for Trace's personal family life and divorce, no one has the right to judge anyone as you do not know anything accurate at all. You do not know Trace, his ex-wife, his new wife. You do not know them. You do not know the damage you are doing to his kids with the words you say. Stop judging as it is not appropriate. Have some dignity for yourselves. Mind your own family affairs.
Trace decided to leave the limelight to protect his family. He still helps people in ways he can. Now my message to you, before you judge a person, make sure the information you are collecting are accurate. How unwise it is to base your judgment on mere hearsay of people who are complainers and are affected by their negative emotions such as prejudice and anger. |

| Finally, someone spoke up for sir Trace... I attended his seminars and enrolled in one of his coaching programs. I'm one of those who made money out of what sir Trace taught. I won't reveal my name so you people who hate sir Trace can not badmouth me like what you do to others who support him. I find it desperate for you that those who became successful because of sir Trace you also attack. What a losing mindset you guys have! Most of my batchmates on the seminar did not take action on what sir Trace taught us but I did not follow the crowd. I applied the techniques, encountered challenges, persevered, and in the end, I made a sweet sum, I repeated the process and I continue to reap the rewards of my perseverance. I thank sir Trace for the knowledge he generously imparted and it's undeniable that all of us in the seminar had one complaint at the end: "too much information!" Sir Trace really fills his seminar with rich content. I attended another popular real estate seminar and the best part of that was the Cashflow game! I did not get the information I needed to start what I want to do. I can say that my investment for educating myself by attending sir Trace's seminar and coaching program has given me so much return that I can say it's worthwhile for me. I was wondering why sir Trace let his detractors badmouth him on the internet. It's not right because I know he's not a scammer.
