Timeshare Sales Today Is another scam company in Saint Petersburg , Florida |

I recieved a call in April of 2010 regarding the removal of my timeshare. After being convinced by this company that the "law firm" that they work with guaranteed to relieve me of my contract with Wyndham without going into forclosure. After talking back and forth with Timshare Sales Today and Timeshare Escape Assistance, they had me convinced that I was going to be able to walk away from my timeshare with no penalty and that they guarantee or my money back. They(both TST and Timeshare Escape Assistance), told me that they would be able to relieve me within 30-60 days or I would recieve a full refund. I am currently in foreclosure. I am very frustrated because I dished out $2500.00 to cancel my contract with Wyndham not realizing that I would be screwed in the long run. I filed a BBB case against them and I just got the run around. They told me that I was not communicating with their company and that I did not send them all of the paperwork. I understand that communication is key to anything getting done. I made multiple attempts to find out the status of my case and I was always directed by Linda, "he's working very hard on your case". There was never any issue with missing paperwork. When Linda left the company, I should have been notified of a change and new numbers. All the numbers that I had were wrong and disconnected. I have tried many times to communicate when the fact is, when they received my money, their company's communication went down the drain. Long story short, I am now in foreclosure. TST offered no refund. I was offered by Wyndham a Deed in Lieu which means that I can walk away. I asked Wyndham if I was in the same situation that I am currently in(not paying the timeshare), without TST trying to help, would they have offered me a deed in lieu? He told me yes! TST did not do anything for me except steal my money. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't Use TST. Talk to the timeshare company about doing a deed in lieu. Take it from my mistakes.
