So Tom represented to Jose that he would open an account for Jose at Bank of America. Jose sent all his documents to Tom and Tom set up an account for jose and sent the account info to Jose. Jose wired $500,000.00 into the account. And Tom vanished. Then Jose found out that the account was never setup under his name. It was an account that Tom had setup for himself under his personal name and as soon as the funds arrived, Tom removed the funds and started spending them for his own benefit. Now Tom is hiding and Jose is left in the hole for 500,000 USD jose contacts are 011-507-394-1499 or 011-507-60-90-87-80. Please, anyone contact if you know the whereabouts of Tom Kopec. Thank you |

In fact I know this is yet another scam from the same disgruntled ex partner of mine. The only thing I am guilty of Is actually lying to a police officer to protect my team as I proceeded to attain my banking license. I made a mistake as people do in life, and I am willing to take what ever consequence it brings. However, I can see there is one disgruntled person here whom is obviously very sick or leads a rather dull life to keep trying to make allegations not founded by factual evidence. I do not make it a point to partake in strife, drama or character assassination but this is really becoming such a sad and pathetic waste of font. I have personally known Tom Kopec for 15 (fifteen) years. I was his administrative assistant. I have seen him at his best and I have seen him at his worst. I am a Christian woman who believes that each and every person on this thread will be held accountable for their spoon stirring and I have had it with what is being done here that being said here is the deal:
1) With respect to Jose Solares - I have personally spoke to him. He is a delightful man back in May he called looking for Tom as he was flying in and wanted to "do lunch" and spend an afternoon with his "partner" notice the quotes his word verbatim. When I advised him that he was in DC he changed his flight and flew there for an afternoon how do I know this.. Tom called me to tell me about his surprise which was Jose. I spoke to Mr. Solares that evening and he was telling me about lunch and sight seeing they did.
Fact not lie. Food for thought" IF there was any tort committed again Mr. Solares - I know Mr. Solares well enough to state Mr. Kopec would be either in jail or in a massive lawsuit - None of which is, was or has occurred. DONE This is not rocket science people.
2) With respect to Tom's whereabouts please peruse his response (currently at 153 days ago) it provides his home address, phone number, and email. Think before you click enter you are an embarrassment.
3) Tom Stanley - Needs to be prayed for by the way thanks for putting all that porn on the computer class act.
4) Robert Caldwell / Veridad 2006 - When you can use your real name, man up, and be honest please advise me accordingly. In this fallen world I believe nothing unless I have visual proof. Anyone can say anything about anyone on the internet case in point AND if what you say is true again Mr. Kopec would be in jail or involved in a lawsuit if you had nothing to hide your contact information would be there.
5) Mike Merzog - Your "dates" and knowledge are a bit off. If Tom was involved why wasn't his name on any of the documents or indictments and why wasn't he charged? 8) You called him this past Saturday. 9) I myself have had NUMEROUS telephone conversations with you some were quite flirtatious. 10) Tom has lent you money himself to help you through financial bumps without hestitation. Should you choose to deny this that is your choice but one day you will answer for this. Food for Thought: To be successful in life itself there is no room for ego or pride. If you are all working for "good" this should not be occurring period. At one time you and Tom got along quite well I think its very unethical that this thread was even birthed and I do believe that I'm sorry still goes along way in life.

I can speak about this because I heard some of this with my own ears and he just doesn't see it because he was blinded by what he thought were true feelings from her. There have been so many lies and denies I don't think she knows what the truth is. Don't bother asking her because you will not get an honest answer. I have never met anyone who felt they deserved a $500, 000 engagement ring but didn't have enough respect for herself to be honest and forthright. She is looking out for one person and that is herself. Before you pull out the sliver in your brothers eye remove the 2X4 that's in yours. I refuse to entertain this subject a minute further.

I have never known a child under the age of 14 to have such a vernacular hmm... I lived with Tom for a long time and I have a daughter so tread lightly with your mouth. Not one thing you are saying is true or with merit and until you can post your real name and contact information you need to know your place which is not causing heartache and strife with outright fraudulent allegations. Should you require a face to face with ME please feel free to contact me but make sure your lawyer and parents are with you. Thank you for your input. I don't feel it necessary as the drama will only go on and on I have my attorney running compliance on Robert E. C and his wife, I also have him doing background on all parties involved. It's a shame that such nonsense takes up one's time. However, I have always maintained my innocence and to date no hard evidence suggests otherwise. I as well have not made it my business to look for skeletons in the closets of others. So how is it possible you got a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, 1983 – 1986 when they do not offer such degrees and only started bachelor programs in 2008.
