So your data on his success stories is a bit inaccurate as well. This is public knowledge vs. your hearsay. Let's stick with the facts, shall we? Court records do NOT lie. However, they have no records of Emile Merzoug as president, nor do they have records of Emile A Merzoug ever working for them. How can you compare a graduate to a high school dropout? Tom dropped out of freshman year in high school and he has been known for boasting for being a high school dropout where as Emile has a master degree and is a civil engineer and furthermore is registered as a bonafide genius with the DOJ.
If you read the records that the court publishes online, you will quickly realize that the Hongs lost in Fairfax County general district court. However, the only thing that happened in federal bankruptcy court was that the debt was not discharged. However if people know federal bankruptcy law, you will know that a bankruptcy court can never issue a debt order on someone, the only thing they can do is say a debt is not dischargeable and has to be fought in court. And now the people would have to go back to a county court or general district court to battle it out which in the case of Emile has not happened so technically Emile owes nothing.
If you will read the records and web links that Tom posted, you will see that Emile owned Ameribank and had a major credibility and his credibility has actually grown much more since he is now worth $25 million usd unlike Tom posting things here trying to discredit people. Thomas Andrew Kopec sits back reclined on his chair. He clumsily reaches with his right hand into his right pocket and he searches around a jumble of cast-off items in his pocket, then he painstakingly extracts and pulls a crumpled up, creased white transparent thin paper. He closely looks at it and pauses for a second while intensely staring at the piece of thin paper momentarily dazing off. After a few seconds a flicker of consciousness flashes on his face, then with both hands' forefingers and thumbs, he tediously straightens the creased paper with deliberate care. Then he curves it into a half cylinder, symmetrically curving it from the center like a veteran architect. While delicately holding the curved paper with his right hand dirty thumb and forefinger, he clumsily picks up a small plastic bag from his desk. Then he attentively and carefully spreads a large quantity of low quality minced marijuana with some seed, from the plastic bag, into the curved paper, starting from the center and all the way to both ends. Carefully spreading and arranging the dope evenly with his left forefinger. Spreading it with utter care not to drop any bits, like a doctor performing a very delicate surgery. He spreads the dope laying it equally to both ends with a slight depression in the center of the curved paper. Then he carefully and gently slides both thumbs and forefingers to the ends of the paper. He gently holds the curved paper by both ends and rolls the paper's inner edge around the dope then down and up under the outer edge as his greasy dirty forefingers press it over, thumbs and fingers rolling the paper into a neat airless cylinder. Then he slides both thumbs and forefingers to the center, making final adjustments, then back to the ends of the joint and pinches both ends as he gently licks the flap with his nasty dried tongue that reeks of alcohol. Then while pinching the joint by one of its end with his right forefinger and thumb. He delicately levels the damp seam with his left forefinger and thumb then he slides the thumb and forefinger to the other end and carefully twists the end of the joint, while simultaneously twisting the right end a little tighter than the left. Then he raises his right hand high above him, holding the joint by the tighter end and checking if it needs any other adjustments then he smiles a grin of victory, showing all his rotten teeth and deep wrinkles of men beyond his age on his young face. He subtly and slowly brings the tighter end of the joint to his mouth, he clasps his coarse pink lips on it while his tongue delicately touches and licks, reaching through his rotten teeth, the end of the joint while he inhales hard with anticipation, whiffing the so familiar smell of dope, providing him momentary release and joy. Then he stretches his right arm over his desk and clumsily grabs his lighter and slowly brings the lighter closer to his pouted lips clasped on the joint slightly drooping downward. He strikes the lighter simultaneously pushing down the gas trigger. A faint weak fire sparks up and sluggishly rushes up. He brings the fire right to the very end of the joint and lights the joint as he inhales very hard, taking a deep puff of smoke, the joint shines a bright orange fire at its end that slowly expands and consumes the joint as he is inhaling with all his might. Thomas Andrew Kopec carefully grabs the joint away from his lips. Then he sits back on his chair and looks up, opening wide his unfathomable light blue eyes. He holds the puff inside his lungs until he feels his lungs want to explode, then he lets out a big puff of dark smoke which slowly comes out of his mouth and slowly rises upward and gently spreads around the little trailer. Anyone who knows Thomas kopec knows that Tom has always been forging bank statements, contracts, mandate letters, board of directors appointment letters and PPP and trading documents in order to show people he has money or works for important people but it is all forged documents.
