| I decided to go with The Screenman because their prices were very cheap. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and work ethic. Their customer service was horrible and often times, after trying to call for hours, (if I would get through to someone) I would get yelled at, belittled and called dirty words. This of course happened after I gave them a check for my home project. I waited over 3 months for the construction of my screen enclosure to happen. Checking online, I noticed that the permit wasnt even submitted and I was still charged a permitting fee of $350.00. This company still went ahead and tried to build my structure without taking the proper steps of permitting. Secondly, while at my home, their installers were doing drugs on my front lawn and stealing stuff from my garage. When I confronted them, they tried to physically assault me and threatened me by saying they will put a "hit" on me from their "mob connections". This company does not deliver what they are contracted to do. They will bully you into paying and destroy your home when they come to install. Do not let their cheap prices fool you. |

| I do not believe the things said in the complaint above. I have used TRA/The Screenman for 4 or 5 different projects as I am a GC and use TRA for my enclosure and smaller permitting projects. They have been nothing but helpful and honest. I have only had one callback for something VERY minor and it was handled the next day with no issues. |

| I too do not believe this is true! I am a very happy satified customer of TRA/The Screenman. They are a family owned and operated company and hard working! The owner and his sons where on the job every day, respectful and courteous! I have even referred TRA/The Screenman to at least a dozen of my friends and neighbors and ALL are extremely happy with the service received. I have to believe that this is a post from a competitor who is trying to ruin the reputation of a truly GREAT company! There are very few reputable, licensed screening companies in the Brandon/Tampa area! |

| THIS BOGUS REPORT ABOUT THE SCREENMAN HAS BEEN CIRCULATED ON VARIOUS WEBSITES BY A FORMER DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE, YOU WILL SEE NO SUCH REPORTS ON ANGIES LIST(THEY WILL CHECK FACTS) OR THE BBB OF WEST FLORIDA. A LOOPHOLE IN THE LAW ALLOWS EVIL PEOPLE TO POST SLANDEROUS LIES TO DAMAGE A COMPANIES REPUTATION, THIS IS MORE COMMON PLACE THAN A CONSUMER REALIZES AND REMOVAL IS IMPOSSIBLE, ANYONE CAN BE A TARGET .UNTILL THE LAW CHANGES TO PROTECT BUSINESSES YOU CAN BE A VICTIM TOO. SOME TYPE OF PROOF SHOULD BE REQUIRED |
