Queen size bed delivered 2 hours past their 3-hour delivery window. Delivery/installation people had no tools to open the packaging or put the bed together. Installed the bed slats incorrectly (with a drill, tightened too tightly and with the arch in the wrong orientation) and the verticals were consequently hung too low (they hit the floor). Bed broke in less a week. Called company and waited 3 days for a technician to arrive. He redrilled the verticals into the slats and that fix lasted less than a week. Called company again and demanded new slats and verticals be installed by someone who had a clue of what he was doing. Assured me next delivery was in 3 days . . . I said I'd call a carpenter to make me proper slats and bill them. They said they'd arrange special delivery and installation in 2 days. Could not provide delivery window until expected day of delivery, so I had to wait all day for delivery. Second delivery was also late . . . little expectation this repair will hold. Do not buy furniture from this company. |
