I started with Hausernet as a mail decoy in 2008 and had to badger them to get paid, which happened once, in Nov '09. Since that time I made sure I have kept every article I keyed-in for them, even though they say they want you to discard each item after you've had it for 6 months. I let them know I was doing this so that if there were any issues about whether or not I'd done the items or how many were done I could have proof. The warning went right over their heads, though. Last week I reminded them AGAIN that I hadn't received any payments since Nov '09 and was considering quitting. This week they have adjusted the mail entry port to ONLY allow items to be keyed in and BLOCKING all correspondence options, as well as hiding all previous correspondence. Too bad for them I had been copying & pasting and saving all that info they're now hiding. Yesterday morning I entered two mail items, but instead of typing in the ID codes I typed in the info that I recognized what they'd done and that I had saved all correspondence. Yes, I'm serious -- living in Phoenix, I had LOTS of mail items to enter, and my office is crowded with boxes & boxes of all the items I've stored (they owe me a decent amount ...likely $200 or more). I've read posts on other sites from folks who also got ripped-off, and if any of you are seeing this, areany interested in ganging-up on Hauser to get our pay?

I'm going through the same issue as you are, but I got paid a couple of weeks ago. I notified Michelle I will not be entering anymore pieces until I received payment through March 2011. She emailed back and asked me to please enter the pieces as she would mail a check within 2 weeks. The check I received last week had a date of the beginning of May on it.
Sure enough, like you, I can only enter pieces. I'm done. Sick of begging. Can't wait to dump everything that is taking up way too much space in my office. Disgusted as I have been doing this for over 9 years. |

| I have been working for them since about 2007 and have had the same problem. I have not been paid since August 2010. I have begged and begged. All get is Michele promising to pay me. I to have entered a whole lot of mail. I am so tired of begging them for pay as well. What can we do? |

I quit last May and am still getting decoy mail occasionally. I've started writing the senders and telling them he won't pay.

I've been with Hauser for years! yes I have to e-mail every 3 months but I've always received a response with an estimated date of payment. It's annoying but they have always responded to me. It's kind of nice actually because I receive 1 big check which is just a mind game but hey it works for me.
I also work with US Monitor, they are so much better with communication & their entry screen is awesome! I love them! They even pay a monthly $10/month flat fee. |
