The Right One breach of contract, scam, failure to provide service promised Glendale, Nationwide

The Right One... is the wrong one...
I'm sharing some of my experience with this company in hopes that it will save someone from being the sucker they made of me. The Right One promises dates that are more compatible matches then its competing dating sites, bars, etc.; but, they actually give you the same type of matches you can get from any online site. The Right One charges a large amount of money for a limited number of matches, and charges you monthly service fee on top of that. I can't say how much money because of a contract I signed, but you can find out for yourself by setting an appointment. For the money you spend The Right One promises you more personal attention, real matches, and intuitive matching. The fluff almost sounds worth it if you can afford it; but, you can get the same thing a lot cheaper online. During my time dating, everyone I dated was disgruntled about The Right One's service which affected their attitude toward the date. My dates all said that they were introduced to people they did not feel any chemistry with. I myself only met 1 person I felt chemistry with and she was so jaded that it was over before it started. The Right One will say that it's an emotional business and to give it a chance, that people are disgruntled because they haven't met someone yet, or they haven't given the service a chance. It's all just more fluff. The facts speak for themselves... no chemistry, cost vs. value, etc. As for the matching itself, the pitch sounds better than the product. The person that you initially meet with does not do the majority of the matching, a call center in another state does. The call center people are often unfriendly, unperson-able and short, possibly cultural differences due to
distance, possibly because it's a call center that is pressed for speed. The person I initially met with was however quick to give me a few matches. After those first few matches I didn't hear from anyone for 3 weeks. I called the service to complain and started to get match after match... more than I could keep up with. I called back to complain and asked for a match a week. I didn't hear from them for a month and canceled the service. A monthly service fee for no product is ridiculous in any business. The only plus I can find to this service is that they have no fake profiles. Oh wait, I can't say that either. How does a college student living with her parents afford a high priced dating service? According to her she was on a trial offer. We talked once and she never called back. Oh, and I'm pretty sure they counted it as a match. In total I was with The Right One for 5 months. Out of that 5 months I got 3 dates, a few phone calls, a contract for a certain number of matches that they failed to uphold, and ripped off. My advise, go with a free dating site where there's no profit in fake profiles. Meet lots of people and maybe eventually what you're looking for. The Right One promises a lot and odds are it will fail to deliver for the majority of people. It did for me, everyone that's posted a complaint, and everyone I met via the service.
