I purchased the cell phone spyware from the spymember.com, which claimed it is the most advanced cell phone spyware. a $30 one time fee for lifetime access with instant account activation and full access. The charge appear as " SOLEDIGITAL". After the purchase, I could not access to the account. It was denied for access. I tried their online support, but it was always 'off line'. I left all kind of messages to their sales, support, and administration. Nothing happened. It has been over 10 days, no one replied to my inquiry. The $30 is gone. I am filing this report to warn everyone out there NOT TO USE THIS PRODUCT! It is a SCAM! Although, $30 is not much but if 100 people fall for it, that would be $3,000 easy money for this SOLEDIGITAL, LLC. company.

I had the exact same problem with this company. I have emailed numerous times and no response. There is no number to be found for this company. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THEM.

I was recently ripped off as well this company claims 24 hr support, and a boatload of too good to be true cell spy options, obviously none of which is useable without the so called activation code, this will defiantly be a great class action lawsuit.yea they duped us all for $30 bucks each, that's fine, we can all take them for $30, 000 each for fraud, theft, misrepresentation, the list goes on, so I say thank you soledigital, you've given me a well deserved settlement I can't wait to go shopping with.

Yes is true they never e mail me activation code just shoot me e mail and said here is your code but there is no code is all scam we need our money back.

I had the same problem. Their online support is always 'off line'. I used my bankcard so I could not reverse the charge. If anyone knows about how to file a lawsuit against the "soledigital" LLC, I am sure many of us could bring them down. They have other products. Anyone use their other products and being rip-off too?
