Landed in Ontario at night last flight in. Nice economy car. four door. Looked fine for our walk around. Returned it three days later. A male and female walked around the vehicle. Inspecting it. Left side under passenger door and crushed spot. Looked like someone ran off a curb. A dent in the underside edge along the base board. The man leaned down and ran his fingers along the edge and alas the paint chipped off to reveal a nice round dent. I had gone only between one house to another house. I never parked in a parking lot. I did not do this. The two went on to tell me that all vehicles go through a ten step inspection and someone would have noticed it had it already been there. Well I explained to them that they missed it and it did not happen while I had it. If I had seen it I would have tried to fix it. They knew exactly where to touch to make the paint chip off to reveal the damage. They also do not get any quotes they use their internal business. Not fair at all. Solution is to when renting a vehicle at night is to really look it over. Make them move it under stronger lights and really really inspect it. Cost me $635.00 and this is just not fair.
