The Floor Pros or Arthur Rosian just installed wood floors at my home. He did a very unprofessional job and I would never recommend using him to anyone. THe house was left filthy and not cleaned up, he screwed up the job at first and wanted me to pay for the fix after he cut. After a screaming match he finally agreed to correct the damage he caused. This guy is a real shady individual, he will try to use all sorts of tactics to get out of doing any thing extra. He was more worried about doing more than we paid for that he forget to do hi sjob correct. THe crew he employs are a bunch of high school kids who look like they are smoking crystal meth, we flet very uncomfortable with them in the house. He also miss judged the ammount of materials we needed, we ended up with two ful boxes of wood and an extra 5 gallons of glue and supplies. Dealing with this guy was extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend hi sservice to anyone. Also his crew left cigarette butts everywhere, it took us three days to clean up the mess they left. Lumber Liquidators in Lutz uses him as their installer so beware, I am going to file a complaint with them as well, maybe they will drop using him, it gives them a bad name to contract with these kind of business people.
