Order 415761 - Ruger base scope for a 96/22 and a Tascom Scope. Sent me a base mount for a 10/22. The customer rep was unpleasant and disputed my statement. Says I had to pay for shipping even thought it was their mistake.I wanted to return the scope as well because I can't use it, I don't have a scope mount/base. Said I have to pay shipping AND a 15% restocking fee. okay, nothing wrong with the scope, but I purchased it thinking they had the correct base. a REAL store would make that transaction right, rather that saying hah- sorry you're stuck with that scope because we screwed up with the scope mount. |

On April 18 of this year I placed an order with TGSCOM The Gun Source for two Ruger LCP .380 magazines totaling $51.77. At the time I placed my order there was no notification that TGSCOM was out of stock of these items, but that is what I was told when I wrote to inquire.
Now for the severe problems I am having with this company. On May 14, I wrote requesting that my order be immediately canceled and a refund issued. There was no response this time. Today is May 21 and I have yet to receive my order, or an order cancellation confirmation, nor of course a refund. What is infuriating is that the company is not proactive with its communication and so I have yet to receive any kind of order confirmation or status update unless I take the time to contact them first.
As if all of this isn't enough already, today TGSCOM's website at www.tgscom.net isn't accepting customer service inquiries. And when I call their Customer Service phone number at 1-800-518-3808 it gives a short recorded message about "technical problems" and abruptly hangs up. There is no chance given to hear a menu of options or reach a live operator -- it just hands up.
This "company" is pathetic. I am going to try to get my money back through my credit card company and let them sort it it with TGSCOM. |

I ordered a 22lr rifle for $511 on April 23, 2012. Then a separate order the next day for 2 mags. It's now may 30 . Nothin' .the phone number is a short " experiencing technical difficulties ". The web site says everything is out of stock. And I mean everything, not even a cleaning pad. No reply on any e-mails. The second order should have been sent to my house. Easy for an " in stock" item. NOT. What has happened. I just want my merchandise. Anybody ? |
