Justin Mehren
Justin Mehren Latin America Capital Group Phony, Fake, Fraud, Misrepresentation, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Theft, Los Angeles, California
27th of Jun, 2011 by User274345
Justin Mehren, of Latin America Capital Group, paraded around Mexico pretending to represent a 1 billion dollar real estate investment fund who he claimed he was a fiduciary for. He has duped many potential developers into providing upfront fees and spending millions of dollars on pre-development funding costs in anticipation of his fund - perfroming. Unfortunately, his fund was never put together, he was never asked to be the fund manager year after year as he claimed (becuase there was no fund), and he simply took money from developers and went silent as they spend millions of dollars preparing for the funding to occur. None of the fundings ever occurred. Justin Mehren is a fake and a fraud and should be sent to jail in addition to making restitution to his many victims. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CRIMINAL.
