T-Mobile Wrongful Termination Allentown, Pennsylvania |
25th of May, 2011 by User795742 |
I was recently terminated from T-Mobile and reason provide was never true. No proof was shown even though they stated they have a reports that they refuse to show. I believe I was fire for other reason but they refuse to provide because their reason they provide is falsely. I recently file a worker comp claim that was pending when this happen and at the same time I was on FMLA when they happen. I have just came back on intermittent FMLA leave. This company frowns on absentee no matter what it is. Also when I came into work one time with my illness I was inform that I need to make the right decision for the company and go back home. Also was inform one time by one of their Team Manager that if my illness is constantly causing me to miss work and cannot always perform my job duty that I should consider other option. Their exact words were "You should make a wide decision for yourself and the company if you cannot do the job." As a rep in the company my stats are very good and I was in good standing and even though I am not there all the time. I shouldn't be affect because I was using FMLA. Not only that I ask them to look into one of my stats personally and kept insisting for them to investigate because it has never been high and their feedback was that I was disconnecting calls on customers. I inform them why would I ask you to look into my stats if I was doing something wrong. That don't make sense and that I was not disconnecting calls. But all they could say is that the report show this but didn't show me anything. This is why I feel there is something fishy with this company. I love working for them because of the benefit and it seem they did care for their employees but to d this after I have been working for them for 2 yrs and 5 months. Not once have I ever been accused of mistreatment to customers. You need to watch ypur back with this company. They cannot be trusted so sorry to have to say this. I am very upset with the way they handle my situation.
