Mr. Graemme Neville brown will raise finance to fund the development and or commercialization of Mathematical based products that have previously been sold to other individuals or entities. The Director Mr. Graemme Neville brown, Graemme Brown owes millions of dollars to investors. Graemme Brown of GBR Research Ltd is known to move intellectual property about in companies set up to raise finance for further development and marketing of the IP. When the funding runs out and no further funding is forthcoming the IP is renamed and moved to another entity to begin the process over again. Share holders are left with nothing Graemme Brown is believed to be over seas at the moment attempting to raise funds off shore. Any person dealing with Graemme Brown should know that it is most likely that any mathâ€™s based IP Graemme Brown is presenting contains at the very least portions of a technology that was sold many years ago.

The writer wishes to remain anonymous. The evidence is plain. Look into the receivership of two of his NZ companies, GBR Research Ltd and Dharmanet Ltd.
The writer strongly advises all who come into contact with this fraudster to keep their hand on their wallet. Graemme Brown has the uncanny ability to resell his ideas to new investors while convincing them of his once glorious history with NASA (which was indirect) and other past abilities he once had. The writer believes that he did once make a discovery but that was sold many years ago. Now he attempts to sell off technologies that use the sold technology as the core. Brown can never move from demonstration to delivered product because he cannot do so with out winding up in the courtroom for theft.
He is finding that fraud is easier to get away with for now as the police appear have better things to do than bust this type of fraudsters at the moment.
