T Mobile NEVER USE Tmobile, Cancellation Fees, Early Termination, Poor Service, Customer Service Sucks, Nationwide

I recently cancelled my services with T Mobile early due to poor service. Even after being a loyal customer since 2005, they refused to waive the Early Termination Fee. I cancelled the service because I was not able to make an emergency call one evening and finally get fed up. I called to address my concerns with customer service, asked to speak to a supervisor and was prmised a call back that never took place. I went ahead and cancelled and filed a complaint with the BBB and finally got a call back from a Stephanie claiming to be the highest escalated person I could speak with since she was in the Office of the President. I told her I work in a call center myself and the Office of the President is 2 rows over from so I would like to speak with her supervisor. She went ahead and said there was no one else I could speak with and since I did show usage on my account they would no waive the termination fees. She also stated that since I did not give T Mobile a chance to resolve the issue, even though I called and never got a call back from the supervisor, that there was nothing she would do. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER, EVER, EVER USE T MOBILE. Their service is terrible, their 3g advertised internet never works, and they don't care about your complaints. I was informed by Stephanie that in the contract it states that they don't can not guarantee service. Well next time your signing up, make sure you have them put in the contract tat can not guarantee payment!!
