Survey Savvy Have Done Surveys in Good Faith Which Involved My Time, And Never Compensated As Promised Internet

I have been a member of Survey Savvy (an internet based survey site) for quite some time. I completed a $50.00 dollar survey which took up alot of my time and had some additional funds in my account. I cashed out to have my incentive mailed to me which was in the amount of $60.00. They have a 4-6 weeks mailing time for incentives (the longest I have ever seen with any survey company in which I have been a member). It had been quite some time since I had cashed out and requested incentive be sent to me. I sent a message to the support team and someone acknowledged that email and told me that it normally takes 4-6 weeks for payment to arrive. I was ok with that as it still had a little time to go until the 6 weeks time. More time elapsed and finally it was getting really ridiculous and realized that this check is not ever going to arrive as promised. I have sent numerous requests to the support team and have never received any other replies to my messages. What bad business!! They are still sending me surveys, and I refuse to do them because it is only a waste of my time. Do not trust this survey company as they are running a very bad business. I am so grateful for the other survey sites in which I am a member who run their business in a very professional manner (great customer service, checks arrive promptly, messages are replied to quickly, etc)...Beware of Survey Savvy as they are a scam and are probably giving your name to other third party companies. I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of Survey Savvy and to spread the word that they are a black sheep in the online survey community.....
