I made repeated attempts to have this problem solved by the company but was constantly insulted by the owner/customer service person,at one point in an e-mail; back to me he then told me to go,"fuck my self", as an answer to my request for help.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Clearwater Fla. and have been informed that he has an extensive violations with them and they have him rated as "F" as far as a business goes.I have turned this over to my credit card company to investigate,

and to to attempt to get my money back from this crook,one has only to Google the name of this man or his company and see all the things he has done to other people who have done business with him and his company,in my opinion he is the worst of the worst,I recommend that no one ever do business with this company or this man.
