I am from Kerala working in a Noida based company newly get married. I and my husband decided to buy a plot in noida. The office of Seek Shelter is just 2 K.M away from our house and we do not have any Idea about this property agent as we are not local. We have book a plot of 100 Sq. Yd in Noida from Mr Himanshu Kataria a Seek Shelters agent. Mr Himanshu told us that we have to pay One lakhs in advance for booking amount. we says that we will pay it by check then he told us that its only a booking amount and you will get receipt of it after that you pay all the amount by check. He told us that this amount will be given to the owner of the property to hold the plot. So we have given one lakhs Rs and Mr Himanshu has given us a receipt. after one month we want to seek shelters for the next payment but the situation was different he says that the property which you booked was sell to someone else so please wait for few months so that we can arrange you a new plot to the same location. Now after that we have a lots and lots of argument and after each meeting they were forwarding the dates. So we have decide to go for consumer court but we dont have sufficient evidence as the receipt was false there is no such address. There is a little bit change in the address the office Office address was Seek shelters

E- 196, 2nd Floor, Sector-63, Noida, U.P. India -201301 I discus this property matter to one of my office staff who was local (Reside in Noida). He told me that you have take a wrong agent is one of the dabang(powerful person) you cannot do anything. Its better to forget what have happen to you and be careful while making a deal with real estate agent in Noida.

3 different complaints from 3 diff people on 3 different sites in 2 days ...has to be a personal attack. I know this is Mr Pramod Kumar, has done it before, enough of your blackmailing. Your IP address has been traced and you have been complained for defamation.
Real Story: Mr Pramod kumar has booked an apartment in Czar suites, Supertech through us, He has paid 10% to supertech through cheque. He has been rejected for loans as Mr Kumar has provided false payslips(I have proofs). Supertech has cancelled his unit and will refund his money after detucting their cost in around 3 months. We dont hold any of his penny, he is just frustrated. Best to see a doctor Mr Kumar and keep following Supertech for your money.
