Sun Labratories Inc. Haywood Hunter, Owner Hawaii scam Chatsworth, California |

I was contacted by a representative of Sun Labs and told that I had won 2 round trip tickets to Hawaii. I was very hesitant about it and asked what the requirements were to get the flights. They told me the only thing I needed to do is purchase $200 worth of product. I specifically asked them if there was anything else did I need to stay at a particular hotel or do a time share tour or somthing of that nature. I was told no, I just paid for my own hotel and I could stay where ever I wanted. I asked again if this was true and I reiterated everything that the representative told me. I told the rep to call me back in a few days so I could think about it. The rep called me and I asked again anything else I have to do for the Hawaii airline tickets, the rep again replied just purchase $200 worth of their product and when I receive it and the certificate I was to fill out the certificate and return it to them (all of which I did). I had been making plans to go to Hawaii and told them so, I said this would be perfect for my vacation. After a few weeks of waiting for the voucher I finally called and left a message about where the voucher was. Did not get a return call, I called again and was transferred all around first to customer service then to sales then back to customer service. Left message again, no return call. I finally called on 10/7 and asked where the voucher was as I had to get my flights. That was when I was told that I had to go through Holiday Travel and book a hotel with them for a minimum of 7 days at whatever their current rate was before I could get my voucher. I called Holiday Travel and they reiterated the same that I could not get my voucher without booking a hotel with them, plus they still didn't have me on record, they also said that I would not be able to go when I wanted as i needed 60 days. Now the company (Sun Labs) will only say that I should have been told and that they only thing they could do is refund me my money when I send back the products. This is a complete scam to get you to buy products, I have made a call to Haywood Hunter and have yet to hear back from him. |
