I beg anyone desparate for any sort of plastic surgery to please read all posts about this horrible company. I made the mistake of not doing more research about this company. I had breast augmentation 5/2010 by Dr. Hamm. I was very clear on what I wanted to acheive and he assured me that it would be no problem. I wanted perky breasts after having children and a little larger size as well. He said he would do a crescent lift and I would get the look I wanted. After surgery my left breast has a horrible scar and I had a terrible time with it healing, and when I would go to see him he didnt seem to care and was in and out in minutes. He got his money and that is all that matters at this place. Now I have larger saggyer breasts and I am horrified at the treatment I received from this company to rectify this problem. I go back this past September to see Dr. Hamm and complain about his terrible work after later finding out he killed someone doing lipo and is still on staff!!!!! He said right away "oh you need a lift" to my shock I said you never said this before, why would I spend all that money about $3000 if I have to go under the knife AGAIN for a lift???!! He said what did you expect they were saggy when you first came in!!! I was in shock of the disrespect this so called SURGEON said to me. I told the girl after he left, you can expect a law suit this is unacceptable!!! She got very nervous and said a Mark Screiber would call me about what happened. Funny she was very extra nice when I used the word lawyer. I never received a call form Mark finally I was told to come in and meet with him. Wasting my and my spouses time met with him and Dr. Erogul (the fix the other surgeons mistakes Dr.) He confirmed also I needed a lift, wow shocker there. I was told the "owners" would make good and only charge me the surgical room fee, since I refused to have that butcher "Hamm" ever touch me again. The price I was told was $1500 I was upset it seemed high but I really wanted my problem rectified. I did not qualify for finanacing but they have their latest ad that they offer "in house" financing. Another crock I had to save up for the augmentation and now having to do that again especially it being their fault also mad me angry! Mark said I could do the in house financing I just have to make sure I have had no bad activity with my bank or NSF which I dont. He also said there would be a "finance" charge. I go for my pre-op meet with a very rude Jennifer who proceeds to tell me an additional $250 is due, their so called finance charge!!! I proceed to give 4 checks first to be deposited before my surgery which I scheduled 11/23/11. I am 2 hours going through the pre-op and come to find out yesterday I did not qualify for their in house financing due to some sort of prior banking problem that I still never got an answer on and when my husband spoke to her she said the decision was from a third party, where is the "in house" decision?? She proceeded to call me later stating instead of the $585.00 down payment and $385 subsquent payments I left, the owners would accept $985 and two more check for the balance. Astonished my husband called her back stating what difference does it make if I supposedly do not qualify, again amazing!! Anyone hard up with their "cheap" pricing beware!!! You get what you pay for!! If you want great looking breasts get a job there, because let me tell you, everyone there sure has a nice set. And if you do go, please dont fall for the "IV Therapy" woman that comes in to scare you into needing that garbarge at another $750 a pop. In closing I am sure they will respond with the cookie cutter we at Strax try our best and not all procedures turn out blah blah blah. You would think they want to save their reputation and I pray I can find an attorney to take these crooks on! With so many complaints I dont understand how this place is still open.
