Straight Talk TracFone Please stop emailing, texting, & calling I don't want auto pay! Miami, Florida |

This is the worst! I left a contract with Verizon, paid a termination fee, in the hopes of getting a better "Deal", after all they were reselling Verizon services for a lower rate. The cell reception side of it is reliable, the marketing side is horrible. I was brow beaten and inundated with "enroll in auto pay" emails, phone calls, and text messages. I called the company to ask them to stop marketing to me, I felt harassed, and the very next day I received more emails and another text message, after which my unlimited text message plan told me I had insufficient funds to send a text message, unlimited plan while in my "service period". I called the company again and they reset my phone which made me have to go through reestablishing my voicemail, I lost everything. My service period was coming to its last couple of days, I put a phone card in queue on line, it was supposed to take over when my current service period ended, YOU GUESSED IT, I was driving to Boston, 45 minutes from home, I went to call my destination and let them know I was close, RIGHT no service, my qued phone card did not take over and when I called the company they thanked me for my business and told me they had no record of a phone card in queue. They asked me for my phone card number (like I was living my life with the phone card right next to my license in my wallet). Be careful my friends, in this case you will get exactly what you pay for. What you save in a couple of dollars will be over compensated by time on the phone with this company and service outages to boot. I am going back to paying 20 more dollars a month, having reliable service, not getting harassed, not having to spend hours on the phone with these people, and still not having the service I pay for. All this is not to mention the money I lost in missed calls while I did not have the service I paid to have. I called the company back to try to resolve the situation and asked to speak with the Executive Resolution Department I was asked 15 different ways what the problem was, I kept responding please connect me to the Executive Resolution Department How may I help you Please connect me to the Executive Resolution Department What is the problem? Please connect me to the Executive Resolution Department May I know the problem so I may assist you? Please connect me to the Executive Resolution Department. After 20 minutes of this and 45 minutes on hold I was connected to a call center manager NOT the Executive Resolution Department Now I am trying to transfer back to Verizon (5 days ago) and this company will not let my service go. 4 days after the port was supposed to take place I got a text message from them thanking me for being such a good customer! I am still locked into this no contract company. There is nothing good about this company. They harass you, to try to get your credit card for auto pay, and start hurting your service if you refuse. Be afraid. Let my lesson save someone
