APT Pro Gear Inc. SCAM ARTISTS, scam, NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT FROM THEM Internet

I ordered a custom belt from this company as a birthday gift for my boyfriend at the beginning of August and was told that the product would be shipped within 8-10 weeks. It has now been 16 weeks and I have yet to receive the belt. My boyfriend emailed them at the beginning of October inquiring the order status and when we could expect the belt to ship. We received a response a week later explaining that custom belts take time (8-10 weeks) to make but we will be happy with the product. We continued to wait for the product to come in the mail. When Thanksgiving rolled around, we decided to send yet another email to APT Pro Gear inquiring the order status. I explained the situation in the email and advised them to respond promptly or else I would be forced to give them bad reviews and report them. As of now, we have yet to receive a response. I tried to find a phone number on their web page to call and speak with someone directly instead of contacting them through emails, but was unable to find a phone number aside from their fax line. My boyfriend and I are college students so we don't have an income right now. Since coming to college, my boyfriend has really gotten into weight lifting and body building which is why I decided to order him a $180 custom belt for his birthday. I am completely shocked by their lack of customer service, and ability to take advantage of their customers. I have ordered custom straps from them in the past and did not have any issues with them, but after this experience and seeing other customer reviews I will NEVER use their company again. DO NOT trust APT Pro Gear. The ONLY things you can expect to receive from APT Pro Gear are excuses, a major headache, and an unexpected dent in your wallet.
