| Stellar Wealth, Autobahn Wealth and Associates,AW and Associates,and who knows what other names they go by now, is a SCAM. If you are considering doing business with them, then you are a fool!!! Joshua Reyes and his other accomplices Jason are thieves and liars. They took my vehicle and left me with a 34,000.00 loan. My husband is in the Marine Corps and trusted my good judgement to do business with them while he was deployed to Afghanistan. They assured me they were legit and are "happy to help services members and their families". What a joke. I had no choice, but to take my 2 younger children with me and explained our family's hardships. I was relieved at first that they would be able to help our large family of 6. I had no idea they would do this to us. And that they would go out of their way to target military families. You could imagine my devastated surprise when I went to their office after unreturned phone calls, emails, and unpaid payments and they were gone! Everything was deleted...phone numbers, office location, and their website. I did call the Newport police department, but they told me they could not file a report since there was no crime committed! We signed a contract and handed our vehicle over to them...they did not "steal" it. In fact, I was told we committed the crime and could be charged with subleasing, which is illegal no matter what they said. So now I am working with the police department and the DA to get something done about this. In the meantime it is just a waiting game. I did file a report with the Attorney General, which they denied I was a customer of theirs! Can you believe it. What I thought would be a relief for my family turned out to be 10 times more stress and hardship to us. A complete nightmare. At least when someone steals from you, your insurance will cover it, but in this case there is no legal "theft" committed so your just stuck with the financial obligation. And could you imagine the anxiety of having to explain all of this to my husband on his return from Afghanistan? What a slap in his face. The sacrifices my family has made for our country and for people like this to do such a thing to us...I'm furious and disgusted. The last thing my husband should be worried about is his family being ripped off while he's there. Not that anyone deserves being ripped off, but my goodness! Good luck for those of you who have hired attorney's. Even if you did file a petition to take them to court, how are you going to find the jerks to serve them? They have vanished. Probably in another state and under other allias. Not that I think they will get away with this, I'm sure they're joy ride ripping good people off will come to a screeching halt eventually. My advice to you victims out there is to save all your documentation, texts, emails, contracts, phone conversations...which I was smart enough to record. Our day in court will come. I need your help. I read one victims found Joshua Burn's address (another scam artist) and went to their home and took their vehicle back. Good for him. They set up new offices and emails statewide.
