They told me the order was cancelled because the product was discontinued and that they would refund my money. I have not seen any refund yet.

After doing some reviews online, i came up with this info about this business scam practices. if you google any of the companies: (startbeauty.net or ibeautytoyou.com or charmbeautysupply.com or allstatebeauty.com or Aesir Beauty Inc or Malivia Inc) that i have listed, not only that you'll see that they are related in addresses and also you'll see that there are thousands of Fraud reports against them. Thing is that is all done by a one person or group of people that move from salon to salon in Brooklyn NY and scamming people out of their money.

Stay away fro those people, and hopefully they'll get arrested one day.
