they call using a recorded msg about being able to supply work in my area cleaning foreclosures. Call comes from 630-405-5012. Says press 1 to talk to a rep. When I press 1 it took me to a different number 315-218-0556 and Nikki answered saying they are a national company working with banks and foreclosures. They need general contractors and cleaning crews for properties in my zip code. Promised 7 mos and 11 days worth of work. But there is a mandatory $99 background check. I said email me your website so I can check you out first. [email protected] did email me with their website www.constructioncrews.net
She then started relentlessly calling me. I expressed to Ms. Love ( professional huh?) that I needed much more info before I could even consider paying for my own background check. She stated I can't register to get more info until the background check is complete. I told her background checks do NOT cost $99.00 and that I needed to research constructioncrews.net before I proceed. I did and found several online complaint sites all saying pretty much the same thing. canned call, several different numbers, several different company names, some even fell for it, paid the $99, and never heard from them again.
