| After purchasing a licensing agreement and territory within a network of kid shuttle companies, we have discovered that the information that was used to entice us to purchase the agreement and join the network was completely fraudulent. We purchased the licensing agreement based on the sales numbers and benefits described for joining this network. Not only did Laura Smith hugely exaggerate the success of her own shuttle company, but she failed miserably to follow through with consulting. As soon as our check cleared, she was impossible to reach. I have documented every email, text that we had and can prove that she has lied about nearly all that she promises. There is also access to an insurance plan for those in the network. This is described as being "exclusive" to the network and that no other shuttle company can utilize this specialized insurance unless they also purchase a lic. agreement and join the network....this is not true. Anyone can start a shuttle company and utilize this "exclusive" insurance plan and run in your area. There is no "exclusivity" as promised. A computer program that was promised to help you run your company is complete crap and she makes you pay for it before even using it. She originally sold these agreements through her shuttle company "My Kid Shuttle, inc" and our agreement is with that company..then she dissolved the company and did not notify anyone. Now our licensing agreement is null and void and we can not get Laura Smith on the phone or to respond in any way. I have done more research and have reached out to other licensees and have discovered some blatant exaggerations she gave in the financials of her shuttle company. Her new company "Start a kid shuttle" makes promises that she does not keep. She deleted our login info for this licensee area of the site and will not let us speak to each other. She also harrasses you to use her web designer / host for your website and I have learned that she does this so that she can shut down your website at any time with no notice if she is having any issues at all with the licensee as well as possible access to your emails and other private information. If you want to start a student shuttle company do NOT work with Laura Smith of "Start a Kid Shuttle". Run as fast as you can away from this fraud. She is a complete fraud and will not help you in any way. Look elsewhere for help. |

| I am in agreement. Already made a previous post on this. Laura Smith, if this is her true name has no integrity whatsoever. the kids cabby is a joke and does not build routes for you. it is no different from adding information on a spreadsheet with the time of pickups and sort it based on the times you entered. you can use excel and get the exact same results. You will not receive networking opportunities with the other businesses through start a kid shuttle. you will have to contact the businesses yourself and that's if they are not too afraid to speak to you because of laura's one's sided contract. I am not sure if Laura Smith is who she says she is because on the my kid shuttle website, it stated jamie eureste as the owner, when I questioned laura on it, she changed it to her name and a week later, it was changed back to jamie as being the owner. Lost over $3000 over this just to receive a binder of referenced material. just learned that the contract web developed txworld has merged and is no longer doing websites despite the fact I have paid them. just more and more fraudulent activity is being revealed. don't listen to laura or purchase her business license. do the work yourself because you will have to anyways. you will not get a discounted rate from an A+ insurance company. that is a joke as well. don't believe the hype from Laura Smith or Jamie Eureste or whoever she is. |
