These souless beings, lure you in with a Cash Advance/ Loan Application. I got directly linked to the website from They linked me to a page to this website However, the direct link, AND page, is not available, if you didn't fill out an application through . You can only see the page I saw, when you apply through The webpage I saw, ONLY said: Apply for up to $1500 CASH advance. They already had a lot of my information pre-filled, due to the application I filled in with . I needed a personal loan, so I figured, linked me to a lendor that is willing to deal with my credit, which is poor, but not horrid. All I had to do was, fill in a few blanks, and I submitted my application, seeing what loan amount I could get approved for. Afterwards, I got this confirmation email: " " Dear *****, Welcome to the exclusive Elite Gold Members Only Program. Elite Gold " " Now, this is when the red flag goes up, for me at least. I wanted to get a $ Loan! I trusted to send me to a legitimate website. Now I try and cancel right away, before they charge me any "membership" fees. Too late... They lure you in through a Cash Advance "Application", then on the phone, they told me I was being charged $44.95, just for submitting the application, and I should have read ALL of the fine print, which you really have to search for. Before I called, I looked exactly for this type of information. Here is a sample of their Terms and Conditions: " "DESCRIPTION OF MEMBERSHIP AND FEES As a Member you hereby authorize Elite Gold Club (DHM) to debit the method of payment originally provided at the time of your enrollment for any initial and applicable enrollment fee(s) disclosed at the time of your enrollment. To maintain your membership in good standing you will also be billed a monthly membership fee of $24.95 on the 30th anniversary date from your original enrollment date and each subsequent 30 day period until you contact Member Services to cancel your Membership by calling 1-866-260-6918 or emailing a cancellation request to [email protected]. To cancel your membership and avoid being billed for the next subsequent 30 day membership period you must contact Member Services five (5) days prior to your next monthly anniversary date. 30 Day Refund Policy: Anytime during the first 30 days from the original date of enrollment upon proper request Members may cancel their membership and receive a 100% refund of any enrollment or membership fee(s) paid." " Try and find the $44.95 fee, they claimed to have charged me. Exactly... I couldn't find it either. The rest of the Terms and Conditions are irrelevent to charges. Regardless, it says at the bottom that I can get a refund. Now...get this. I called them back, and raised my voice, this time. I spoke to somebody different, and this time, they DID SAY THEY'LL REFUND MY MONEY. So the first person made a mistake?? They're new?? It doesn't matter, for all I know, is that they're trying to find someone dumb enough to find truth to their words, and accept the fact that they just lost $44.95. This is unbelievable. Both people I spoke to, had thick "foreign" accents. Also made me very uncomfortable in the legitimacy of the company. So please, spread the word about these guys. And please DO NOT use under ANY circumstances. They are just as bad, if not worse, than these guys.

| Yes same thing happened to me except I didn't apply for a loan but used my account information& hacked into my account!!! I think the government should put a stop these A__ Holes!!! Sincerely Georgebasingerjr!!! |

| The same thing happened to me but instead I had applied on check n go and they sold my info to the gold elite club who then withdrew 89.92 from my checking account. Im not very good at being mean unless you absolutely piss me off so my sister called them and FREAKED out on them because they withdrew the money without my approval OR knowledge of them doing this. They said they would refund me my money in 10 to 15 days and a month and a half later I still haven't received my money. I'm so pissed right now due to the fact that I have 2 children and I can use that money to get them the things they need. If there is a working phone number to get ahold of these people please post it on here so I can get ahold of them. Thanks |

I agreed to the terms over the phone. They didn't tell me I had to have an $1, 800 monthly income
until I had already signed up. I don't get that much. Now I want their charges for the monthly
membership automatic deduction from my account stopped. I called them and left a message, but
got no response. I don't know what they are doing to my account. |
