Sprint Pcs bill pay, incomptence, rude, unprofessional, bad service, unjust Overland Park, Nationwide |

I signed up in-store for a mobile hot spot and signed up for auto-bill pay and was told 4G was coming to South Florida in a month (This was early summer 2010 (4G STILL isn't available even today 3/18/2011! I was told, by a Sprint representative in store that she would set me up for auto bill pay. She did it right there and then with me online. One month later, my service was stopped. I called Sprint and it took almost an hour before they could figure out that my bill wasn't paid. Huh? So over the phone they restored my service and walked me through the process to do auto bill pay, until, once more, I got confirmation that it was accepted. Next month (still no 4G) service stopped for lack of payment. Geezus! AGAIN it took a Sprint Rep an hour to figure out the exact same thing... Had a rep walk me thru auto bill-pay AGAIN and AGAIN I received confirmation. Next month (still no 4G) and you guessed it, service stopped! Why? Lack of payment?!?! I called again and they walk me thru it a 3rd time! And this time they had charged me a reconnection fee from my last call a month prior. With all the problems on Sprint's end of things, I argued that and Sprint promptly took it off. And of course... a month later service ceased due to lack of payment!!! Unbelievable! I am TRYING TO PAY THE BILL!!! For the love of G-D... the incompetence of your employees knows no bounds! Not only am I not getting the service I was promised (4G) I was still making every reasonable attempt to pay you! I'm extremely busy which is why I set up every possible bill to go through auto payment. At this point, I am far beyond frustrated and terribly disappointed. My file was sent to collections for $245.27. Called Sprint, said there was nothing they could do and only 'some' of the calls were documented on my file On some nights I had called 4 and 5 times speaking with random employees and supervisors, but Sprint only documented it as one call for that day. (very disappointing as well) Today, I was on the phone 40 minutes with 4 different 'managers' who all said they couldn't do anything because I was in collections. I called collections and paid, but I am committed to sharing my experience by every means possible if this does not get resolved. I paid because of the possible implications on my credit score, but I dispute it all. Not only should I get reimbursed for the money I paid because I was supposedly 'in default' but I should get money back from the bills I DID pay due to a lack of service I was told would be available! Sprint's incompetence is the reason for everything. All I wanted was to have my bill payed automatically each month, simple. And now, look where we are... This is my fault how? exactly? My minimum expectations are to be treated fairly, professionally and provided the services I sign for. By being forced to pay a bill for services NOT received, I am not being treated fairly. By Sprint throwing their hands in the air saying deal with it on your own, we can't help you as well as the female manager I spoke with on the phone today from Sprint constantly talking over me in forceful tones I am not being treated professionally. By not being provided the services I enrolled in (eventual 4G & auto bill-pay) I am not receiving the services I expected or requested, and I certainly didn't sign up for all the stress and aggravation! By filing this formal complaint, I am expecting Sprint as an upstanding business that really does care about it's customers to do the right thing and not only absolve my supposed debts by fully refunding me, but I expect a formal correspondence of apology and I would like (but don't expect) a retro refund for services paid for but not received. For whomever reads this, if you're interested in ANY service that Sprint provides, look elsewhere, you'll be the better for it, I assure you.

I had enough to pay my phone bill when they told me that it was going to be only 129 but they added extra stuff to it and never told me about it. If only they would of told me I would of been able to work more. But I have info for my discount for my bank. |
