Spray Tan LA Rob Lonardo Stole credit card info & charged $2,000. Refuses to refund money Los Angeles, California

On 03/25/11 I went to an event where Spray Tan LA was offering tans. I filled out a credit card authorization form and got a tan. I thought that was it, but on 07/05/11 & 07/06/11 I was charged $999.99 for a grand total of $1,999.98 in charges i did NOT authorize. Unfortunately, I missed these charges as my Uncle committed suicide and I guess my mind and focus was somewhere else. It wasn't until 2012, when I was doing my 2011 taxes and entering info into Quickbooks that I discovered the charges. I immediately contacted Rob to let him know. He told me to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I did dispute the charges, but b/c of the time that passed, they refused to refund my money. I sent copies of all of this to Rob and asked how we could proceed. I sent a follow up email. I heard nothing back from him. I got his number from an employee & called his cell phone & he tried to say it wasn't him, but I said Rob, this is your cell phone, i know this is you. He proceeded to tell me that he wanted nothing to do with this, that I was a moron for not noticing the charges earlier and to take him to court. Which I am doing. I have filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department and they are investigating. Allegedly 2 other people who went to the same event had the same thing happen to them. Do NOT use your credit card with this company. They will STEAL your info and make fraudulent charges. There are NUMEROUS reports of similar incidences online. Just google spray tan la & fraud. Where there's smoke, there's fire. Do NOT trust Rob or this company.
