EasyHomes 123 Rude Business Practices Lakeland, Florida |
1st of Feb, 2011 by |
I had been looking to rent/lease a home in Lakeland for quit some time. I found two houses that I was interested in. I drove by, called the number listed on the sign outside. Over the years I have never been so belittled like I was from Steve. He is a very rude person. If you just want to ask questions, be prepared for him to be rude. Make you feel like you are taking up his time. He made me feel it is my fault he has 50 calls a day on houses. Steve wake up!!! That's what you do, sell houses. If you don't want to be getting 50 calls a day then maybe you need to change your career. Once he heard that I have a blemish on my credit, he slammed the phone down. I have read other complaints at first I thought OK, some of these complaints are cause people did not't pay their rent. The more I'm finding out about this company and the way I have been treated by both Steve and Lynn, makes me realize I'm so happy I'm not involved with them. If they can be rude to general public looking for answers about a product they have listed for sale/rent, I don't even wanna know how they treat people that actually have a contract with them. By the way, Christian (true Christian) does not act rude and snobbish. A true Christian would want to help and show love and concern for others!!! Steve you need a reality check on attitude and dealing with the public.

I had the same problem with this guy, VERY rude and sarcastic... I really liked the home, but if that's what I'd have to deal with... no thanks, I'll keep looking. |

Hi Steve, I'm not sure how much of a downpayment we can give right now, I am a nurse and I will be taking on extra shifts, and my husband's work is seasonal, we are actually interested in this property primarily because he would like to start his own lawncare business. We were hoping we could work something out as far as the downpayment is concerned, but if that's not possible that's ok, hopefully it would still be available when we could come up with it... Thanks for your response!

The extra money I need from you is used to evict you when I become less important on the payment side
So just like your probably doing your landlord know
Good luck in your adventure I hope you find what your looking for

We've never met, so I won't take this as a personal attack, but this type of attitude is not conducive to business... just a suggestion. God Bless. |

The funny thing is, it is BECAUSE I pay my rent that I don't have money saved... sorry to keep ranting, but this dude really agitated me by treating me like some kind of lowlife. I am a hardworking person and do the best I can... GRRRRR |
