| I placed an order for slim weight patch on Nov.27/11 and never received it. I went to the link to check the status of my order and it said ogone declined. My credit card was charged on the 28th so I don't know what that means. I've sent 3 emails and had no response. Do not order from them, it is a scam. |

| Update: Still haven't received the product or had any response to my emails. In case anyone from Roduve is reading this, my order number is 900011494. |

| So now it's been over 20 business days. Roduve still hasn't responded to my emails or refunded my money. I researched the company a little more and found a post from the company president saying that international shipping takes 15-20 business days. He also said that every email is given a ticket number and that the more you email the further down the priority list you go becasue the old ticket numbers and then lumped together with the new one. I haven't emailed them for at least 10 days now and still no response. I think this company is completely crooked and I would never attempt to buy anything from them again. |

| Update- I've sent 2 more emails to this company and checked the status of my order online which has not changed. I have requested a refund constantly and not one of my emails have been replied to. I still have not received the product. This is the worst company ever! They don't have a number that you can call. They don't respond to emails and they don't send the product when you've already paid for it. PLUS they brag about their 180 day refund policy on the website which is a total crock. Stay away from this company. It is a scam! |

| I'm starting to believe that too...this company might be the latest kind of scam and using the vulnerable minds of those who desperately wants to loose weight. The advertisements on the website, the youtube and other social networks are way too lucrative... especially to obese people. It kind of makes me wonder on how these online business rules oversees these kind of scams who prays on such vulnerable people. I've become a victim to this online predator recently. I did get in touch with them over the email. In the beginning, I got the response that they were out of stock and would take only 5-7 business days more to arrange the shipment. Well, it's been two months now and the last email I got was " the item will be shipped soon as it is stocked again"... and that email is already a month and a half old !!! I wonder if I've lost my money already or not?!!! ... I really trusted them... I wonder how many people fell for this kind of scams!!! |
