Canadian Outfooters Returned a pair of mukluks and did not get refunded my money! Calgary, Alberta Canada

DO NOT BUY THROUGH CANADIAN OUTFOOTERS!â€¨ For Christmas two years ago, 10 days after an extremely difficult delivery with my baby girl, my husband ordered me a pair of Tecumseh mukluks. What an amazing man to consider a thoughtful gift like this at such a difficult time in our lives!!! I was delighted when I opened the box, but the mukluks were toolarge and I needed to return them for a smaller size. (He made a good guess with a size 7 â€“ I usually wear a 7.5 â€“ but they were far too large.) We called Canadian Outfooter to see what could be done and were advised to purchase a new pair on our visa, return the original pair, and our visa would be credited a refund for the originals. We received an RA # and were told that a form would come in the box with the new pair. No form arrived and we tried contacting the company to receive one many, many times by telephone and email with no luck. By the time I realized that their intensions were to continue avoiding me and that I was going to ripped off, it was passed the 3 month point and visa could not do anything about it. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they too were not successful in contacting Canadian OUtfooters.
