Ordered free trial of ResDermatrol for week period. Called to cancel, so they wouldn't send more. I spoke with Jeremy, he said he would reduce it from 89.98 to 69.98, and there after 29.98 I said okay. It was sent out two weeks before it should have been and they charged my account $89.98. I called and spoke w?Carla, employee#4593321 on Jan 7th,2013. I told her I was overcharged & wanted them to credit my card $20.00 immediately. She said she would. I called on Jan 11,13 and spoke with Carla again, I asked why my card wasn't credited, she said corporate said no and they would take it off my next months order. I said absolutely not, that was unacceptable, I told her cancel my order and credit my account in full. She said they sent out the order and would have to wait until I returned it . I said I haven't received it. She gave me a return Auth# 13615949CC0111 to put on the package and send back. I received the pkg. on Jan. 14th and returned it on Jan 15th. Jan 24,2013 I called to find out if they received the product back. They told me I sent it back incorrectly and that they couldn't credit me and that they could't do anything about it. I asked for a supervisor. Diane employee #432521 told me she wouldn't do anything and it was my problem since I sent it back incorrectly, they don't accept returns in the same envelope. I asked if they reject it won't it come back to me? She said no it will be put in their warehouse. I said, "you mean you will take it back when it gets to the warehouse and then you'll resell it." She said, yes. I told her I just can't believe how these big companies take such gross advantage of their consumers. I asked for their corporate office phone number three times. She wouldn't give it. I I never auth. them to take $89.98 out of my acct. |

I filled out an online survey where the "prize" was a free sample of one of their products, I chose the green coffee supplement which normally retailed for the ridiculous price of $89.98. I agreed to pay for the shipping of $2.98 for the free sample. no where during the survey of the ordering the "prize" did it mention that you had to cancel within 20 days or you would be charged $89.98 for the next shipment. When I called to return this shipment, I was informed that they would not process a return nor would they refund the $89.98 in fact they wouldn't even cancel future shipments, they offered to put a hold on my account to defer shipments for 90 days and even to reduce the cost to $29.99. I had to keep insisting on closing the account before they would. |

I am having the same type of problem with them. I returned the package. I emailed them. They still are charging my Credit Card without refunding my money. |
