I was selling telephone service & getting paid commissions on the services that I sold to business & residential customers for their telephone equipment, service & data.

I was paid weekly & offered bonuses & incentives to produce more sales all the time.

The work environment was mellow as long as you were a good salesman but then my mother got sick & I had to quit & move back home to help my mother.

I thought when I quit since I had been there for over a year that they would be more understanding about my last paycheck, however they WEREN’T.

I had a few customers that I was trying to sell, that I built up a repore with, sent out contracts & made many visits to their offices trying to convince them to utilize our telephone services but hadn’t completely finalized the sales before I had to go back to California to care for my mother.

So to make a long story short I thought I should be paid on the customers accounts that were almost ready to “close” however I DID NOT get paid on these orders even though I spend so much time with them. I felt that I wasn’t appreciated for my hard work.

After I came back to Las Vegas & tried to get my job back- I was advised that there were no positions available
